St. John’s Religious Education Program

The Religious Education program at St. John’s (sometimes known as CCD) is available for children in grades K-8. Our catechists offer children instruction on sacraments, prayer, Christian life and morality. This instruction supplements the daily work of parents who take their children to Mass, celebrate the Sacraments, pray with their children, and model Christian life and morality in their everyday lives.

Classes for children are offered on Sundays beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the school building and ending around 10:30 a.m. at the end of mass. Classes meet from September through May. Please note that the program includes weekly attendance at mass.
